We enable passionate pet lovers, pet sitters, and home hosts, reviewed by our team before listing, to open their homes to dogs and cats in need of care while their parents travel or work.
Through our technology platform, pet parents get transparent profiles, reviews, clear pricing, secure online payment via Cashfree, and in-app messaging with their provider during the stay.
How the Marketplace Operates
Discover & Connect
Browse hosts in your city. Compare profiles, services, prices and reviews, and message a host before you book.
Request, Then Pay
Send a booking request; nothing is charged until the host accepts. You then pay online via Cashfree in INR, and the platform holds the payment, releasing the host’s payout within 7 days after check-out.
Independent Care Delivery
Services are performed in-person by independent hosts who provide personalized attention, meals and medication as instructed. Message your host during the stay for updates.
Host Review & Booking Protections
- Reviewed Before Listing: Hosts are reviewed by our team before they can accept bookings.
- Request-to-Book: Nothing is charged until the host accepts your request.
- Secure Online Payment: Payments are processed in INR via Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd.
- Clear Cancellation Terms: Full refund up to 48 hours before the start date, 50% within 48 hours, no refund after care starts.
- Pet Parent Reviews: Feedback from pet parents who completed a stay.
